Q: Does the Friendship Team raise all of their own support?

A: Yes, please.


Q: What does airfare usually cost?

A: Depending on the season and where you are departing from the cost can range from 700-1200 USD a person.


Q: Is there a travel agent Orphan Voice suggests?

A: Yes. Delight Travel. They can also take care of your visa.


Q: How do you get a visa?

A: Delight Travel can help with visas or you can go to the Vietnam Embassy's website and print out a form.


Q: How much does the average hotel cost in Vietnam?

A: A hotel here will be about 25 USD per night for two beds with breakfast.


Q: How much is a meal?

A: Meals will be 3 to 5 USD per person per meal, usually cheaper if you are okay with Vietnamese food in normal Vietnamese restaurants.


Q: How would traveling within Vietnam happen and what would it cost?

A: If we rent a van to go somewhere particular for you and your team/family, you would pay that or share the cost of it--about 100 USD per day. We will normally ride people around on motorbikes, if possible. If you need a taxi, it is 3 to 4 USD a ride.
