Quang's father has a chronic lung disease and is unable to work, leaving the mother to support three children. Her income is too low to feed and clothe three children and two adults. The family sent Quang to Promise House when it opened in February, confident that he would get the love and care that he needed. Quang has settled in to his new home and now wears a big smile on his face.
