Background: Phi was raised in a one room house with one bed for seven people, gaping holes, and little to eat. In February of 2010, Phi and her older sister Thy found a new home in Promise House. Now the girls have full bellies and full hearts.

Personality: Phi is a shy girl, but as she warms up to new people she becomes affectionate and warm.

Interests: Phi likes watching cartoons, singing, and dancing.
